LCC key publications: Our canon

The LCC program has a number of strands of publication, which are grouped as follows:
A selection of theoretical work on genre analysis, its relation to language, cognition, and communication, and the position of the (new) media.
Representative methodological work on relevant methods in the humanities, social sciences, and computer sciences.
Key publications reporting empirical research on language use in various media in institutional contexts.
Typical applied research in the areas of training, advice, and testing.

All of these are publications which we consider to be typical of our LCC program: they form our canon, as it were. But there is much more research output, which can be found on the individual homepages of the LCC members.
